Privacy Policy

Information we collect

When you submit the website diagnostic, we may receive your name, email, optional WhatsApp number, goal, preferred coaching format, area, availability, and answers related to your coaching request. We also store basic attribution data, such as the campaign or page that brought you to us. If you arrive through an advertisement, this data may include UTM parameters and click identifiers provided by the platform—for example, gclid, gbraid, wbraid, or fbclid—to associate the request with the correct campaign.

RG Coach app data

If you are an RG Coach client, the app processes the information needed to deliver your private coaching service: name, email, account and user identifiers; published workout and nutrition plans; daily habits and completion status; program stage and review date; purchased and remaining session credits; and upcoming session date and agreed location. This information is linked to your private client account and is used only for app functionality, coaching delivery, service administration, and support.

The app does not access your contacts, precise device location, microphone, camera, or photo library. It does not include advertising or cross-app tracking. Any progress information supplied directly to your coach outside the app is handled as part of the coaching relationship and is not automatically read from your device.

How we use it

We use this information only to respond to your request, recommend the appropriate service, coordinate an assessment, and improve our lead-capture process. We do not sell your data or use it to send mass communications without additional consent.

Service providers and retention

Your data may be processed by technical service providers needed to host the website and app, authenticate client accounts, store coaching records, deliver emails, and manage payments. Supabase provides authentication and database infrastructure for the RG Coach app. Access controls limit each signed-in client to the information assigned to that account.

We retain active coaching records while the service is being delivered and for the reasonable period needed to provide continuity, resolve disputes, prove a purchase, and comply with accounting or legal duties. When deletion is requested, data is deleted or de-identified unless a specific record must be retained by law, for fraud prevention, or to establish or defend legal claims.

Payments with RevenueCat and Stripe

When you purchase a service, RevenueCat Billing and Stripe may process your email, country, billing details, customer and transaction identifiers, purchased product, amount, and payment status to process payment, manage renewals, prevent fraud, and issue receipts or invoices. RG Coach does not receive or store your full card number. The processor retains information for the periods needed for payment, accounting, disputes, and legal obligations.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, portability of, or deletion of your information and RG Coach account by emailing rubengomezesp@gmail.com. The same request is available from Profile inside the app. We may verify your identity before acting on a request. You may also continue through WhatsApp without completing the web form.

Privacy-conscious analytics

On the website, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure actions such as starting or completing the diagnostic and to understand the source of a campaign. Analytics events do not include your name, email, or phone number. Google Analytics may use its own measurement cookies; we keep advertising storage, Google signals, and ad personalization disabled. Campaign attribution is also retained temporarily in your browser's session storage. The RG Coach mobile app does not currently use Google Analytics or an advertising analytics SDK.
