Purchase and cancellation terms

1. Provider and acceptance

The service is provided by Rubén Gómez under the RG Coach / Rubén Gómez Coaching brand, based in Miami, Florida. Contact: rubengomezesp@gmail.com and +1 645 248 2325. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you reviewed the service, price, billing method, and these terms.

These terms supplement the exact order summary and electronic receipt. If a mandatory rule provides greater protection, that rule controls.

2. What you purchase

The pre-payment summary identifies the product, price, currency, billing method, and included services. In-person sessions depend on Rubén’s availability, the agreed area, and authorised access to the gym or building. Buying a pack does not itself reserve a particular day or time.

• One session or credit means one session of between 75 and 90 minutes unless the order states otherwise. The exact length within that range depends on the work planned for that day.
• Credits are personal and may not be resold or transferred without written approval.
• Programming, reviews, and support depend on the plan shown in the order.
• No specific weight loss, muscle gain, competition result, or other physical outcome is guaranteed.

3. Payment, receipt, and invoice

Online payments are processed through RevenueCat Billing and its Stripe payment gateway. The final price, applicable tax, and billing frequency appear before confirmation. RevenueCat or Stripe sends the available receipt or invoice to the email used at checkout and keeps payment history in the customer portal.

The valid proof of purchase is the document issued by the processor and identifies the available product, amount, date, and transaction reference. The RG Coach confirmation page is only a summary and does not replace a tax invoice. Contact us promptly if billing details need correction.

4. Sessions, rescheduling, and no-shows

• Request changes at least 24 hours in advance.
• A cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice, a no-show, or arrival too late to deliver the session may consume the reserved credit without refund, except for a documented emergency or applicable legal right.
• If Rubén cancels, the session will be rescheduled or the credit restored; the client does not lose it.
• Currently published packs are valid for 180 days from purchase. A single session and an at-home session are valid for 60 days. Validity will be extended where required by law or when RG Coach confirms a justified exception in writing.
• Products for two serve two people in the same time slot: each session consumes a single credit, not one per person.
• Lack of availability at one specific time is not a breach if reasonable alternatives exist within the purchased area and validity. If RG Coach cannot provide the purchased service, it will offer rescheduling, credit, or the refund required by law.

5. Subscriptions and automatic renewal

STARTER, TRANSFORMATION, and ELITE are billed monthly and automatically renew until cancelled. You can cancel the next renewal through the RevenueCat customer portal or request assistance by email. Cancellation must be completed before the next billing date.

Cancelling renewal does not itself create a prorated refund for the paid period: access continues through that period unless the law requires otherwise. A recommended 12-week roadmap describes the initial program structure; it does not automatically turn the monthly subscription into a three-month commitment.

6. Final-sale policy and mandatory rights

Except where required by law, payments for sessions, credits, packs, and subscription periods already started are final and non-refundable. Refunds are not provided for a change of mind, non-use, holidays, lost motivation, or choosing an incompatible time that was not confirmed before purchase.

Where the Florida Health Studio Act applies, the buyer retains, among any other applicable rights, the right to cancel in writing without penalty within 3 business days after signing the contract, excluding weekends and legal holidays, and the rights provided for death, disability, closure, or relocation. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be waived. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within the period required by law or the processor.

7. Chargebacks and failed payments

Before opening a chargeback, contact RG Coach so the receipt can be reviewed and any error resolved. A declined, reversed, or disputed payment may temporarily pause access and bookings while it is investigated. This does not restrict the right to dispute a genuinely unauthorised charge or any other legal right.

8. Health, conduct, and access

The client must disclose relevant injuries, limitations, and medical advice and obtain medical clearance when appropriate. Nutrition coaching is not a substitute for care from a physician or licensed dietitian. RG Coach may pause or end a session for safety risk, harassment, non-payment, or serious breach, applying any credits or refunds required by law.

9. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by applicable Florida and United States law. For cancellation, a payment issue, or a copy of a receipt, email rubengomezesp@gmail.com with the purchase email and transaction reference; do not send full card details.
